Job Description:
 
Responsible for assembling structural metal products using tools, machines, and your own hands to take projects from blueprints to finished product. 
  
Primary Responsibilities: 

• Read and interpret blueprints and operation sheets to determine appropriate operations to be performed.

• Complete assembly responsibilities including bending, punching, shearing, drilling, tapping, grinding, burring, and counter burring.

• Fabricate, assemble, fit, and weld to blueprint specifications.

• Check material stock/availability per job.

• Build prototypes

• Use inspection gauges such as micrometers, verniers, and combination squares.

• Report any malfunctions or equipment problems to a management

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and safety procedures.

• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas at all times.
