Purchasing and Sales Manager
Priority Personnel is hiring an Inventory and Purchasing Manager/Sales Process Admin for a company located in Wimberley, TX to join their team! Position is Direct Hire with the company!
Salary: $50-60k
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-5pm
Job Duties:
- Set up new item codes and make changes to existing inventory codes
- Create/Maintain new Bill-of-Materials
- Creat adjustments to Inventory levels
- Receiving physical inventory into stock and update NetSuite files
- Maintain computer intergrity of all inventory items, cost and quanities
- Create and manage purchase orders consistent with established goals
- Respond to customer orders and providing quotes and shipping estimates
- Creating shipping documents and invoices
- Processing credit memos and journal entries
- Taking credit card payments/applying payments
- Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Inventory/Purchasing
- Knowledge of Excel and NetSuite
