Office Assistant
Priority Personnel is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant for a manufacturing company located in Lockhart, TX. At this time positions is temporary and part time until further notice.
Pay rate: $15.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday/9:00am-1:00pm or 10:00am-2:00pm
Job Duties/Requirements:
- Filing
- Data entry
- AP/Freight invoicing
- Material check-in
- Cycle counting accessories/coils in the plant
- Answering phones
- General administrative duties like printing labels and organizing files.
- Experience with Word and Excel is preferred.
- Some of their time will be spent in the plant but the majority will be in the office.
- Steel toed shoes required
