Local Company is seeking a office administrator.

Job Duties:

  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, etc.). 
  • Assist with HR functions (recruitment, onboarding). 
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. 
  • Track office supplies and place orders. 
  • Manage office equipment and facilities. 
  • Maintain and organize office files (physical and digital). 
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports. 
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
