Front Desk B Shift
Job Duties of the Administrative Assistant / Clerical:
- Detailed oriented
- Data entry, and experience in all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel & Access)
- Professional interaction with customers on the phone and in person
- Compile, sort and verify accuracy of data being entered
- Organize and schedule work with minimum of supervisory direction
- Manage clerical or administrative activities.
- Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information.
- Greet customers, patrons, or visitors.
- Order materials, supplies, or equipment.
- File documents or records.
