1st shift Forklift Operator (Converting)

Hamilton-Ryker is looking for qualified Sit-down Forklift Operators for a a manufacturing facility that makes packaging materials! This is a great opportunity to start with a company that you can grow with!
Location: Georgetown KY
Shift: 1st shift – 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday
Overtime is on Friday’s
Pay: $15.00/hour
What you’ll do:
- Operate sit-down forklift
- Handling of incoming and outgoing materials
- Operating bar code scanners/computer systems
- Documentation of activities related to both Outbound and inbound shipments.
- Pull product from the warehouse inventory according to requirements.
- Proper handling of inventory and assists with the physical inventory, which includes inventory accuracy verifications and cycle counts.
- Visually inspect all products prior to loading and make any necessary corrections to ensure safety and quality
- Able to regularly lift 50lbs repetitively
What we need from you:
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy
- Must have 6 months previous Forklift experience in Manufacturing environment
- Must have knowledge of the HRMS shipping functions/bar code scanner
- Must have Highschool Diploma/Equivalent
- Must Have strong mathematical and good organization skills
- Must be able to read a tape measure
