Front Office Administrator
This is a part-time, on-site position located in a professional manufacturing office environment. The role involves regular interaction with employees, visitors, and contractors. Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards is required at all times.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in an HR or front office setting.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced level), and general computer use.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or food production environment and following GMP standards. Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Handle incoming mail and packages and distribute appropriately. Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and tracking employee documents and forms.
