Press Operator (2nd Shift)
Job Summary:
Removes Housings, Rotors Cams and Cranks from totes and loads into sizing press, takes out of press and puts finished product back in totes, keeps records, performs inspections, changes dies and maintains machine cleanliness. Stop, Call, Clean as required.
Critical Job Requirements:
- Strength Range/Material Handling: Medium to High Strength Level
- Upper Extremities: reach/handle: mostly at waist level, grasp/manipulations: continuously with 1 lb. objects; push/pull: 200 lbs. on carts occasionally; carry and lift: 15-25 lbs. occasionally.
- Lower Extremities: stoop/bend: occasionally; walk/stand: continuously, climb/balance: occasionally
- Other: vision – constantly to check parts, sitting: limited, only during breaks
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
- Required Abilities: Basic Math (addition, subtraction, multiply and divide)
