Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant position with a leader in it’s industry.
The Administrative Assistant will complete a wide variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings as well as conference attendance and registrations #time123
- General Proofreading
- Handling incoming multi line phone system
- Manage and maintain company memberships
- Upload files in SharePoint, adding metadata as appropriate
- Assist in production of company newsletter
- Socail media searches for relevant information
- Assists with preperation of PowerPoint presentations
- File maintenance
- Develop templates for numerous types of documents
- Research relevant topics as directed by management
Skill Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take iniatative
- Excellent time management skillls with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel.
