Priority Personnel is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant with Accounts Payable experience for a company located in San Marcos, TX.

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-5pm

Job Duties:

  • Answering Phones:
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Assist callers by directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Applicant Assistance:
    • Help applicants fill out job applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Mail Management:
    • Organize and distribute incoming mail to the correct recipients.
    • Prepare and send outgoing mail, including certified letters.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Make copies, scan documents, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
    • Assist with accounts payable tasks as a backup to the accounting department.
  • Other Duties as Assigned:
    • Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the department and company.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
