Receptionist
Priority Personnel is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant with Accounts Payable experience for a company located in San Marcos, TX.
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-5pm
Job Duties:
- Answering Phones:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist callers by directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Applicant Assistance:
- Help applicants fill out job applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Mail Management:
- Organize and distribute incoming mail to the correct recipients.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, including certified letters.
- Administrative Support:
- Make copies, scan documents, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with accounts payable tasks as a backup to the accounting department.
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the department and company.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
