Storeroom Attendant Weekend 3rd Shift

Must be able to work individually without supervision, work in a team environment and good customer service skills, able to lift 50lb. unassisted.
-Main duties will include sweeping, dusting, clean cob webs, and mopping storeroom.
-May issue out parts and materials, assist with cycle counting and inventory.
-Looking for a dependable/responsible person.
-Forklift experience not required, but must be willing to learn.
-Close toe shoes required.
-Shorts ok (must be work appropriate), sleeveless tops ok, straps must be 4 fingers. No holes in clothing, no vulgar or offensive language.
-Building can get hot and dusty. There is AC, but it is an older unit that occasionally stalls.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or over
• Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment; forklift / cherry picker experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn; preferred technical skills to include but not limited to MS-Office products, Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21.
  • Demonstration of basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units to measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals); ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated to accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
  • Demonstration of attention to detail and is safety minded.

• 3+ months relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
