Production Assistant
Priority Personnel is hiring a Production Assistant for a manufacturing location in Lockhart, TX.
Pay rate: $16/hour depending on experience
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/7:00am – 3:30pm (32-40 hours per week)
Job Duties/Requirements:
- Run a part of a large machine and it’s a lot of steps that have to meticulously be done correctly
- Job Duties/Requirements:
- Keeps an eye out for damaged material and communicates that to the main operator.
- Bands up remaining coil that is left over from that order.
- Helps switch out film rolls when needed.
- Helps set up spacers & knifes that cut the material
- Keeps their area clean & looks for ways they can help other team members.
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to look for ways to be more efficient and productive.
- This position is one out of sight of supervision. This person needs to be someone of integrity that will always do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
