Hamilton-Ryker Announces Acquisition of Priority Personnel, Inc.

MARTIN, TENN. (September 2015) – Hamilton-Ryker has acquired Priority Personnel, Inc., in San Marcos, Texas.

Founded in 1993, Priority provides staffing services to the top employers in the rapidly growing Austin-San Antonio I-35 corridor through one centrally located office in San Marcos.

This is Hamilton-Ryker’s fourth transaction in twelve months as the company continues its strategy of organic growth, as well as growth through acquisitions, in the southwest and southeast.

Priority will continue to be managed from its current location by its existing management team. Mark Olson, COO of Priority Personnel for the past four years, will remain with the company as President of Priority. He has been responsible for Priority’s sales and has managed day to day operations since 2010.
