Dan began his career in the IT industry in 1994 as a recruiter. Three years later, he became a partner with an Information Technology Consulting Firm in Houston. After growing to annual revenues of $10 million, he sold his interest to start his own recruiting firm, Innovative Solutions. Dan partnered with Hamilton-Ryker to open a Houston office in 2009. He has extensive experience assisting clients in the oil & gas, energy trading, environmental, software and financial industries.
