Jason Champion – Regional Manager
Jason Champion started in the staffing industry more than 10 years ago as an account executive for a small clerical staffing firm in huntsville, Ga. He has spent the past eight years in IT and Engineering staffing. In 2004, he moved from huntsville to Huntsville, AL with Technisource, Inc. as a Sales Manager focusing on the Government and Aerospace industry. He joined Hamilton-Ryker in July 2009 and continues to provide IT and Engineering resource solutions in North Alabama. Jason understands the unique qualities of the Defense and Aerospace market and recognizes that his passion for the industry, consultative approach and commitment to excellence is the driving force behind his relationship with his clients.
Away from the office, Jason enjoys playing the drums, the occasional round of golf and working in the yard. Jason and his wife and two children are active members of their church. The family resides in Madison, AL.
Alex Kage - Recruiting Manager
Alex has 5 years of experience in "end-to-end" US recruiting. He is currently managing a team of 40+ recruiters and 20+ client accounts. He is an expert at strategic recruiting management for US Federal, F500 and Private entities in the US. Alex holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology.
When Alex is not managing his teams, he enjoys socializing, swimming, and networking.
Mike Benson - Recruiter
Mike Benson has over 2 years of technical and non-technical full lifecycle recruiting experience, and his specialty is IT recruiting. Mike has his Bachelor's Degree in Bio-Science and holds his MBA in Human Resources.
When Mike is not interviewing and screening candidates for Hamilton-Ryker's positions, he enjoys reading management books, listening to classical music, drawing, hiking, and creative writing.
Ron Miller – Recruiter
Ron has 2 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience. He has been performing the talent acquisition for IT and non-IT requirements across multiple domains. He also has over 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
When Ron is not interviewing and screening candidates for Hamilton-Ryker's positions, he enjoys traveling, adventure sports, music, and novels.
Leonard Das - Recruiter
Leonard has 3 years of experience working in BPOs and Call Centers. He has provided technical support to US customers by troubleshooting B2B issues. Leonard has a Bachelors in Commerce.
When Leonard is not interviewing and screening candidates for Hamilton-Ryker's positions, he enjoys playing football, choreography, music, and dancing.
Eric Scott - Recruiter
Eric has 2 years of experience in conducting full-life cycle recruiting on multiple VMS and non-VMS accounts. His experience ranges from developing creative recruiting sourcing and strategies to pro-actively building a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. Eric has a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and holds his MBA in Human Resources.
When Eric is not interviewing and screening candidates for Hamilton-Ryker's positions, he enjoys surfing the internet and listening to music. He has a passion for bikes and loves driving.
Ryan Hicks - Recruiter
Ryan has 1.5 years experience in the recruiting and BPO industries. He has worked with VMS accounts in the cellular industry and recruiting assignments for the government.
