What types of placement options does Hamilton-Ryker offer?
- Temporary – Whether business demands more labor during a “spike” or an employee is out on temporary leave, we will provide a qualified person with minimal learning curve who can step in and help out until the need no longer exists.
- Contract – This option is ideal for our partners when there is a long-term need for a particular skill set, but here is not current justification and/or funding for a permanent hire.
- Permanent/direct hires – When a full-time position is open and has been difficult to fill, we have the resources available to place the right candidate ready to contribute to your success.
- Temp-to-perm/contract-to-hire – Scenarios often arise when a temp or contractor is initially required and then grows into a need for a permanent position. When approval for a full-time employee is finally granted, we have the qualified candidate for the job.
