Daniel J. Sloan – Regional Manager
Daniel began his career in the IT industry in 1994 as a recruiter. Three years later, he became a partner in InfoLync Consulting, an information technology consulting firm in Houston. After growing InfoLync to annual revenues of $10 million, he sold his interest to start his own recruiting firm, Innovative Solutions. Daniel partnered with Hamilton-Ryker to open a Houston office in 2009. He has extensive experience assisting clients in the oil & gas, energy trading, environmental, software and financial industries.
Daniel enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1990 and was honorably discharged in 1994. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Trinity University. He is married with two children and resides in Houston, Texas.
Lisa Turner - Recruiting Manager
Lisa Turner has over four years of experience in technical and non-technical recruiting and customer relationship management. She holds her Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and is currently pursuing her MBA.
When Lisa is not taking care of Hamilton-Ryker's recruiters and clients, she loves to read, workout and conduct dance classes for children.

Mike Benson has over two years of technical and non-technical full lifecycle recruiting experience, and his specialty is IT recruiting. Mike has his Bachelor's Degree in Bio-Science and holds his MBA in Human Resources.
When Mike is not interviewing and screening candidates for Hamilton-Ryker's positions, he enjoys reading management books, listening to classical music, drawing, hiking and creative writing.
