When we are a direct vendor we provide a fixed mark-up. As our partner, you know exactly how much we pay every consultant you hire through us. Most staffing firms work hard to increase their margins, usually by paying the consultant less. This has a negative impact on you the client when that consultant is offered more money at a later date, and leaves your project. Does it make more sense to work with a partner that offers transparency or to keep working with one that keeps you in the dark?

By treating our consultants like they are part of the family, and providing them with all the benefits that we offer our full-time employees, we forge lasting relationships. Our consultants love the fact that we pay weekly, and that we offer them so many benefits, including medical coverage, paid vacation and a 401K plan. A consultant that is well paid, enjoying benefits, and is happy with his or her position is probably not going to take a job that offers a few dollars more per hour. As a Microsoft Certified Partner we provide free training
Typically once a quarter we provide our consultants with training, if they are working on contract for you then we also offer the training to your full-time people that are working with our consultant. Providing training is just another way we add-value to our consultant and to you our client. Are the vendors you currently working with providing you with free training?
Direct recruiting…the best way to identify top talent
Because we have been in business for more than 38 years, we utilize traditional recruiting methodologies. We use the Internet as a tool, but our primary method for obtaining candidates is through direct recruiting. As our client, we rely on you to tell us which companies or competitors you would like us to recruit from, and then we get to work recruiting the skill sets you need. By recruiting passive candidates, you get an exclusive opportunity to hire a consultant that is not actively looking, and if they came from a competitor, they have experience in your industry. A passive candidate’s resume is typically not on the job boards, but you have an opportunity to consider them because we have taken the painstaking effort to recruit them specifically for you.
By constantly direct recruiting candidates, we are able to maintain a virtual bench of consultants. Direct recruiting takes time, but the virtual bench enables us to respond to your needs quickly. If you had to chose between working with a company that primarily obtains their candidates from the Internet, or one that direct recruits…which would you want to work with?
Exhaustive screening process
We are committed to finding the best candidates through an extensive interview and screening process. For every 50 candidates we interview and screen, our clients only see the top two or three. This enables our clients to speak with the best of the best and make their hiring decision with a minimum of interviews and effort.

Our placement options
- Temporary– Whether business demands more labor during a “spike” or an employee is out on temporary leave, we will provide a qualified person with a minimal learning curve who can step in and help out until the need no longer exists.
- Contract – This option is ideal for our partners when there is a long-term need for a particular skill set, but there is not current justification and/or funding for a permanent hire.
- Permanent/direct hires – When a full-time position is open and has been difficult to fill, we have the resources available to place the right candidate ready to contribute to your success.
- Temp-to-perm/contract-to-hire – Scenarios often arise when a temp or contractor is initially required and then grows into a need for a permanent position. When approval for a full-time employee is finally granted, we have the qualified candidate for the job.
