Each applicant is interviewed and evaluated based on his or her previous job skills. In addition, we conduct specific tests to further assess the skill level of each applicant.
Reference Checking
We verify two references on all of our applicants. Applicants with even one negative reference are not referred to our clients.

- Complete Job Requirements. When you place an order, a Hamilton-Ryker staffing supervisor obtains complete information on the type of position, equipment used, hours of assignment, and skill level required, allowing us to refer only the most qualified candidates.
- Client Visits. When appropriate, our staff visits your site prior to or shortly after your initial order, giving our staff members the opportunity to observe first hand your job requirements and enabling us to better match our associates to your unique needs.
- Placement Follow Up. To ensure your requirements are satisfactorily met, our staffing supervisors make follow-up calls on a regular basis.
