Phil Thrasher – President
Phil Thrasher, Jr. graduated with "Distinction" from the University of Alabama in May 1997. There he received his Bachelors of Science degree majoring in marketing with an emphasis in international marketing. He minored in Spanish and computer science. Phil joined Hamilton-Ryker in April 2007 and oversees Hamilton-Ryker of Birmingham.
Phil got his start in the industry as a technical recruiter and worked his way up to Sales Manager at TEKsystems. He came to Hamilton-Ryker with 10 years experience in IT Staffing. Having earned a great reputation for his knowledge of the staffing and recruitment arena, Phil possesses an expertise and consultative approach that will greatly benefit clients in the Birmingham market.
Away from the office, Phil enjoys running, playing golf, working in the yard, and spending time with his family. Phil, his wife and 3 children are active members in their church. The family resides in Chelsea, AL, where Phil enjoys coaching his son's baseball and football teams.

Candler Boyd - Business Development Manager
A 1996 graduate of The University of Georgia with a degree in psychology, Candler joined Hamilton-Ryker in 2008.
Candler started in the industry as a technical recruiter and worked his way up to account executive at Arthur Lanier Consulting. He comes to Hamilton-Ryker with 12 years experience in IT Staffing. Candler's connections the recruiting business has enabled him to quickly respond to staffing needs, especially tough to fill positions. He understands technology and effectively filters candidates to save the hiring manager time.
Away from the office, Candler enjoys playing golf, riding his bike, and spending time with his family. The family resides in Hoover, AL.

Alex Kage - Recruiting Manager
Alex has 5 years of experience in "end-to-end" US recruiting. He is currently managing a team of 40+ recruiters and 20+ client accounts. He is an expert at strategic recruiting management for US Federal, F500 and Private entities in the US. Alex holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology.
When Alex is not managing his teams, he enjoys socializing, swimming, and networking.
Mike Benson - Recruiter
Mike Benson has over 2 years of technical and non-technical full lifecycle recruiting experience, and his specialty is IT recruiting. Mike has his Bachelor's Degree in Bio-Science and holds his MBA in Human Resources.

Ron Miller – Recruiter
Ron has 2 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience. He has been performing the talent acquisition for IT and non-IT requirements across multiple domains. He also has over 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Leonard Das - Recruiter
Leonard has 3 years of experience working in BPOs and Call Centers. He has provided technical support to US customers by troubleshooting B2B issues. Leonard has a Bachelors in Commerce.

Eric has 2 years of experience in conducting full-life cycle recruiting on multiple VMS and non-VMS accounts. His experience ranges from developing creative recruiting sourcing and strategies to pro-actively building a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. Eric has a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and holds his MBA in Human Resources.

Ryan Hicks - Recruiter
Ryan has 1.5 years experience in the recruiting and BPO industries. He has worked with VMS accounts in the cellular industry and recruiting assignments for the government.
