Karla Ellington

Karla Ellington joined Hamilton-Ryker in 2008. With over ten years in the staffing industry, she began her staffing career working for Adecco Employment Service as an on-site manager in Mebane, NC. Within her first two years with Adecco, Karla opened a full service staffing branch in Burlington, NC. She then relocated to Atlanta, recruiting to Pro Staff as a Group Managing Director. In this position, she was responsible for multiple offices staffing in Administrative, Finance and Accounting, IT and Light Industrial. After four years with Pro Staff, Karla joined Hamilton-Ryker as General Manager opening two offices in Atlanta.

Karla attended Augusta State University and holds a BSN.

Karla is active in her community and had served on the Board of Directors for American Red Cross of NC, as well as local Atlanta area Chambers of Commerce and GAPS. She has received professional achievement awards including Rookie of the Year with Adecco, Wind Beneath My Wings Award for new branch operations with Adecco and numerous branch growth awards with Pro Staff. Karla is a certified recruiter and ISO certified.

Karla and her husband Jason reside in Dacula, Georgia with their two sons Greydon and Harrison. She enjoys reading, playing soccer with her children, traveling, horses, skiing and motorcycle riding with her husband.

ATLANTA IT 

Scott Morris 

Scott joined Hamilton-Ryker with the expansion of the company to the Atlanta market in 2008. During that first year he was selected as the "rookie of the year" at our Annual Meeting in Nashville. In 2009, he was chosen to head our Information Technology initiatives in the area. Prior to joining Hamilton-Ryker, Scott worked for Pro Staff, a national provider of personnel management services. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Scott worked for several different community organizations supporting the growth and development of local business.    

Scott is a graduate of the University of Georgia with his B.B.A. in Finance. He is also a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management.

Scott is an avid road cyclist. He enjoys gardening, home renovation, and tailgating at UGA football games with family and friends.
