Types of Placement
- Temporary – Whether business demands more labor during a “spike” or an employee is out on temporary leave, we will provide a qualified person with minimal learning curve who can step in and help out until the need no longer exists.
- Contract – This option is ideal for our clients when there is a long-term need for a particular skill set, but here is not current justification and/or funding for a permanent hire.
- Permanent/direct hires – When a full-time position is open and has been difficult to fill or you simply need additional recruiting support, we have the resources available to place the right candidate ready to contribute to your success.
- Temp-to-perm/contract-to-hire – Scenarios often arise when a temporary employee or contractor is initially required and then grows into a need for a permanent position. When approval for a full-time employee is finally granted, we have the qualified candidate for the job.

Hamilton-Ryker's non-DOT drug screening service offers both QuickScreen and SplitScreen testing methods.
On-Site Drug Screening
To increase convenience and reduce downtime, our Compliance Service Division offers on-site drug and alcohol screening, where permitted by federal and state law, or you can visit one of our convenient office locations. Using QuickScreen™, an immediate response screening product, we can identify negative specimens in as little as three minutes. The "COST" (Complete On-Site Testing) System, allows us to integrate documentation, testing confirmation, proprietary data warehousing, and optional medical review into one product.
Certified Laboratory Testing
Our position in the industry allows us to develop and maintain strong relationships with laboratories, as well as offer competitive pricing. Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) certified labs are used exclusively for all specimen testing.
Innovative Reporting
The quicker you get your test results, the quicker new employees can get to work, and you can be assured that current employees are drug-free. Our Compliance Services Division utilizes several innovative reporting methods, including proprietary software reporting, and automated toll-free secured voice reporting. Negatives are available within 24 hours of lab receipt. Positive results take up to 72 hours depending on drug type. Our proprietary technology allows test results to be available anywhere in the United States, sometimes within minutes after the test is performed.
SplitScreen testing – quantitative measures directly from our SAMSAA certified lab.
Payrolling Services – You can bring on part-time or full time staffing without having to hire them. You recommend the person and related salary factors to us, when we hire the person, we assume full responsibility for Unemployment and Worker’s Compensation, taxes, insurance and legal compliance. You approve weekly hours through our web based time and attendance system, and we process payroll and complete the necessary filings and withholdings.
